Our buffer conveyor belts are engineered to handle large quantities of products while ensuring a smooth clearing and transfer process. These systems allow for easy handling of trays and pots, for example using a potting fork, reducing manual effort and improving workflow efficiency.
Available in multiple sizes, the belts can be configured with a Stolze load pusher and/or spring belt. When combined with the load pusher, products are first collected on a pre-collection belt. Once the set quantity is reached, they are automatically transferred onto the main buffer belt. You can easily control and store various programs through a user-friendly touchscreen.
