Fixed Conveyor Systems.

Along with our EasyMax Conveyors, we also offer fixed conveyor systems. These longer belts are set up in a permanent layout and customized to fit the way you work. Their use depends on a few factors like what kind of plants you're moving, what pot sizes you use, whether trays are involved, and whether your team needs to walk across the belt.

Our fixed conveyors come with a range of smart features to help your greenhouse run more smoothly. Each system includes an hour meter, giving you helpful data for preventive maintenance. If there's a fault in the frequency drive, it’s automatically reported and logged on the touchscreen. An alarm history feature allows for long-term tracking and diagnostics, so you can catch and fix problems early.

To give your team more flexibility, routes can be linked to wireless stop-button boxes or wireless sensors so staff can start or stop a conveyor remotely without needing to be near a touchscreen. And because there’s no need for forklifts, tow motors, or carts, your workspace stays calmer, safer, and more organized.
